Golden Eminence: Treasures from the Palace Museum and the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery reveals the profound Tibetan Buddhist art and culture. The MAM is presenting ‘Dialogue with the Heart: Singing Bowl Workshop’ to celebrate this exhibition exclusively for the Friends of MAM. A professional singing bowl practitioner will introduce the basic skills of singing bowl therapy and contemplation techniques and give a singing bowl demonstration. Through breathing exercises, contemplation and listening to the vibration and resonance of the singing bowl, members can feel relaxed, adjust their emotions and relieve stress. The activity will take place in the exhibition’s interactive area, which offers a peaceful and tranquil ambiance. Under the solemn atmosphere, the workshop will enhance the stability of body and mind. Admission is free for members.
Instructor
